Guaranteed Entitlement Revenues definition

Guaranteed Entitlement Revenues means the guaranteed entitlement revenues received by the Issuer pursuant to Chapter 218, Part II, Florida Statutes, and defined therein as the “Guaranteed Entitlement.” In the event the State of Florida increases the portion of the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund guaranteed to the Issuer, the term “Guaranteed Entitlement Revenues” shall include such increased amount.
