Guaranteed Annual Electricity Output definition

Guaranteed Annual Electricity Output means the minimum amount of electricity that is guaranteed by the Owner to be generated by the System in a Contract Year, as set forth in Exhibit D-1.

  • a guaranteed income payment means a payment made under article 15(1)(c) (injury benefits) or 29(1)(a) (death benefits) of the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011;

  • Electricity Supplier means any person authorised to supply electricity.

  • Performance Bank Guarantee/ Security Deposit means interest free amount to be deposited by the Contractor with NMRC as per terms and conditions of Contract Agreement as a security against the performance of the Contract agreement

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period and the Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date in relation to such Reset Interest Period:

  • Performance Bank Guarantee means the irrevocable unconditional bank guarantee to be submitted by the successful bidder as per the RfS.

  • Real-time System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Backup Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section E.

  • Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(c)(i).

If “Customer-Specified Signaling” is requested, the Loop will operate with one of the following signaling types that may be specified when the Loop is ordered: loop-start, ground-start, loop- reverse-battery, and no signaling. Customer specified signaling is more fully described in Verizon TR-72570, as revised from time-to- time. Verizon will not build new facilities.

  • Energy storage system means a system which stores energy and releases it in the same form as was input.
