If the Issuer, at its discretion, permits any Guarantee to be issued before certain of the conditions referred to in Clause 7.1 are satisfied, the Obligor shall ensure that those conditions are satisfied within 14 Business days after the Guarantee Issue Date (or such longer period as the Issuer may specify).
Subject to the following conditions, an Obligor may make a request for a Guarantee to be issued by ensuring that the Issuer receives a completed Guarantee Issue Request not later than 11 a.m. (London time) 3 Business Days prior to the intended Guarantee Issue Date.
