Guarantee Issue Date definition

Guarantee Issue Date means, in relation to a Guarantee, the date requested by the relevant Obligor for the Guarantee to be issued or (as the context requires) the date on which the Guarantee is actually issued;
Guarantee Issue Date means the date requested by the Borrower for the Bank Guarantee to be issued or (as the context requires) the date on which the Bank Guarantee is actually issued;
Guarantee Issue Date means the date during the Guarantee Availability Period on which the Absa Guarantee is issued by the Lender in favour of the Beneficiary;"

Examples of Guarantee Issue Date in a sentence

  • If the Issuer, at its discretion, permits any Guarantee to be issued before certain of the conditions referred to in Clause 7.1 are satisfied, the Obligor shall ensure that those conditions are satisfied within 14 Business days after the Guarantee Issue Date (or such longer period as the Issuer may specify).

  • Subject to the following conditions, an Obligor may make a request for a Guarantee to be issued by ensuring that the Issuer receives a completed Guarantee Issue Request not later than 11 a.m. (London time) 3 Business Days prior to the intended Guarantee Issue Date.

  • Prices for maintenance and adjustment thereof are specified in Appendix 7.

  • If the Majority Banks, at their discretion, permit a Guarantee to be issued before certain of the conditions referred to in Clause 9.1 are satisfied, the Obligors shall ensure that those conditions are satisfied within 5 Business days after the Guarantee Issue Date (or such longer period as the Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Banks, specify).

  • Subject to the following conditions, the Borrower may make a request for the Bank Guarantee to be issued by ensuring that the Agent receives a completed Guarantee Issue Request not later than 11 a.m. (London time) two (2) Business Days prior to the intended Guarantee Issue Date.

  • Not later than five (5) Banking Days prior to each Drawdown Date and each Bank Guarantee Issue Date and not later than five (5) Banking Days prior to each Interest Payment Date, the Bank may request and the Borrowers shall, not later than two (2) Banking Days prior to such date, deliver to the Bank on such request further favourable certificates and/or opinions as to any or all of the matters which are the subject of clauses 7, 8, 9 and 10 of this Agreement.

  • Subject to the following conditions, the Obligors may make a request for a Guarantee to be issued by the Issuing Bank by ensuring that the Agent receives a completed Guarantee Issue Request not later than 11 a.m. (Oslo time) 3 Business Days prior to the intended Guarantee Issue Date (or such shorter period as the Issuing Bank may agree).

Related to Guarantee Issue Date

  • Series Issue Date means the date of issuance of the Initial Tranche of a Series of ETP Securities, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Issue Date means the date of first issuance of the Notes under this Indenture.

  • Guarantee Amount means the maximum amount payable under a guarantee which amount shall be specifically set forth in writing at the time the guarantee is entered into by the authority.

  • U.S. Subsidiary Guarantor means each U.S. Subsidiary which has executed and delivered to the U.S. Administrative Agent the U.S. Subsidiary Guaranty (or a supplement thereto).

  • Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement means a Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B, and all supplements thereto made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
