Growth Capital Commitment definition

Growth Capital Commitment is Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000).
Growth Capital Commitment is Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000). “Growth Capital Commitment Date” is March 31, 2014.
Growth Capital Commitment means, with respect to each Lender, the commitment of such Lender to make Growth Capital Revolving Loans hereunder as set forth in Section 2.01(c) or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which such Lender assumed its Growth Capital Commitment, as applicable, as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.09 and pursuant to assignments by such Lender pursuant to Section 9.04.

Related to Growth Capital Commitment

  • Capital Commitment means, for any Borrower, the capital commitment of its Investors in the amount set forth in the applicable Subscription Agreements; “Capital Commitments” means all such Capital Commitments, collectively.

  • Incremental Commitment means an Incremental Term Loan Commitment or an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment.

  • Incremental Loan Commitment shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Term Loan Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Equity Commitment means (a) options, warrants, convertible securities, exchangeable securities, subscription rights, conversion rights, exchange rights, or other Contracts that could require a Person to issue any of its Equity Interests or to sell any Equity Interests it owns in another Person; (b) any other securities convertible into, exchangeable or exercisable for, or representing the right to subscribe for any Equity Interest of a Person or owned by a Person; (c) statutory pre-emptive rights or pre-emptive rights granted under a Person's Organizational Documents; and (d) stock appreciation rights, phantom stock, profit participation, or other similar rights with respect to a Person.

  • Term Loan Commitment Amount means, with respect to each Lender, the sum of such Lender’s Term Loan Tranche 1 Commitment Amount and Term Loan Tranche 2 Commitment Amount.

  • Revolving Loan Commitment Amount means, on any date, $30,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Term A Loan Commitment means, as to each Lender, its obligation to make its portion of the Term A Loan to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(c), in the principal amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01.
