Group Space definition

Group Space means the physical group space located in the Stadium which is referenced in a Group Space Confirmation;
Group Space means (i) the Innovation Lab used during Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays for three (3) hours (9:00 AM to 12: 00 PM) per day, and (ii) the Office space from Monday through Friday for eight (8) hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) per day, together with certain furniture, fixtures, and equipment set forth in the Inventory.

Examples of Group Space in a sentence

  • Licensee’s License to use the Group Space shown in a Group Space Confirmation is not guaranteed until Licensee has paid the Fee in full.

  • If Licensee fails to pay when due any amounts due under this Agreement or defaults in the performance or observation of any of its duties or obligations or otherwise breaches any of its covenants under this Agreement, Licensor may, at its option and upon notice to Licensee, immediately terminate this Agreement and the right of Licensee to the use of the Group Space.

  • For certainty and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Licensee hereby acknowledges and agrees that it shall be considered reasonable for Licensor to exercise the foregoing relocation right whenever there are actual or planned modifications or renovations to the Group Space itself, or to any other areas of the Stadium that have the potential to impact or be impacted by the use of the Group Space.

  • Food and Beverage Order - All food, liquor, beer or other beverages served in the Group Space must be prepared or supplied by a party authorized and designated by Licensor in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Licensee shall remain obligated to make all payments under this Agreement as and when due and, in the event that Licensor does in fact re-license the Group Space to a third party, any amounts received from such third party in connection with the remaining period of this Agreement shall first be applied to Licensor’s expenses in terminating the Agreement, taking possession of the Group Space and re-licensing same, and only then to a reduction of Licensee’s obligations under this Agreement.

  • Licensee agrees to pay the Fee specified at the time of purchase and/or included on a Group Space Confirmation in accordance with the payment option selected, including, but not limited to, doing so by the applicable due date(s) as are stipulated.

  • Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, a non-renewable, revocable license to use the Group Space specified on the Group Space Confirmation (the “License”).

  • This Agreement must be read in conjunction with any Group Space Confirmation and is offered to Licensee subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and those terms and conditions included in any Group Space Confirmation, brochure or other material describing any Group Space package purchased by Licensee, as well as those additional specific conditions communicated by or on behalf of Licensor or the Club from time to time.

  • Licensor may, from time to time, make such rules and regulations not inconsistent with this Agreement governing the use, occupation and access to or from the Group Space and the Stadium as Licensor may, in its sole discretion, deem advisable.

  • Valid Ticket Required - A valid Ticket to the Game included in the Package is required for entry to the Stadium and the Group Space.

Related to Group Space

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.

  • Space means (i) the exhibition space in the Venue; and / or (ii) the virtual exhibition space hosted on the Event Site, allocated to the Client by Informa (together with the ancillary services provided to the Client in connection with such virtual or exhibition space) as set out in the Application Form;

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Leased space means the individual storage space at the self-service facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.
