Group I Reserve Fund definition

Group I Reserve Fund means the separate trust account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.21 hereof.
Group I Reserve Fund. The reserve fund established pursuant to Section 3.26.

More Definitions of Group I Reserve Fund

Group I Reserve Fund means the separate trust account created and maintained by the Securities Administrator pursuant to Section 3.25 hereof on behalf of the Holders of the Group I Certificates.

  • Reserve Funds means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Funds, the FF&E Reserve Funds, the Required Repair Funds, the PIP Reserve Funds, the Excess Cash Reserve Funds or any other escrow funds established by the Loan Documents.
