Group I Policy definition

Group I Policy. The financial guaranty insurance policy provided by the Credit Enhancer, dated as of February 24, 2006, with respect to the Class I Notes.
Group I Policy. The Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy No. 01010248 issued by the Insurer in respect of the Class A-I Certificates, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit O-1.
