Gogo Services definition

Gogo Services means the Connectivity Services, [***], Wireless Entertainment, Ancillary Services and any other services to be provided by Gogo pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation, services pertaining to maintenance, support, engineering, installation and Deinstallation of the Equipment, and training in connection therewith.

  • This Service Description provides the parties’ general objectives with respect to the Gogo Services to be provided under the Agreement and is not intended to create any obligations on the part of Gogo that are not contained in the body of the Agreement, Parts II and III of this Exhibit that follow the headings “Service Level Agreement” and “Customer Care” and other exhibits.

  • For all other Gogo Services, Gogo shall re-perform the Gogo Services which gave rise to the breach or, if it cannot cure the defect, refund the fees paid by American for the Gogo Services which gave rise to the breach; provided that American has notified Gogo in writing of the breach within [***] following American’s discovery of the defective Gogo Services, specifying the breach in reasonable detail.

  • The Council achieved a balanced financial outturn after meeting its share of the 2018/19 BCP Programme Management costs incurred in preparation for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), as well as making a contribution towards its share of the costs reprofiled into 2019/20.

  • Contractor will also provide Gogo or its subcontractors, at no cost or charge to Gogo or United, with access to the Equipped Aircraft and provide such assistance as Gogo reasonably requests to obtain and maintain any legally required certification of the Wi-Fi Equipment and Gogo Services at all times during the Term.

  • Pursuant to this Agreement, Gogo will manufacture, deliver and support the Equipment and Software, and provide the Gogo Services, on or with respect to Retrofit A/C using the Technology Types.

  • Throughout the Term, Gogo will [***] comply with all laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) and any requirements related to website accessibility or net neutrality, applicable to Gogo in connection with its performance under this Agreement, including its provision of Gogo Services, and shall obtain and maintain all required Certifications.

  • Upon any termination, the Parties will use commercially reasonable efforts and work together in good faith to develop a reasonable plan for the wind down of the Program, the provision of the Connectivity Services, [***] and Wireless Entertainment on Retrofit A/C and the removal of the Equipment, in each case, to the extent of such termination; provided that, in no event will Gogo cease providing Gogo Services prior to the successful development of and mutual agreement regarding such wind-down plan.

  • Gogo’s performance of its obligations hereunder (including provision of Gogo Services) will comply with the Compliance Matrix, which is included on the attached Appendix 1.

  • Gogo will reasonably assist American with its compliance with laws and regulations applicable to American by reason of its performance hereunder and will use good faith efforts to comply with reasonable requests made by American with respect to Gogo’s administration of any “bug bounty” program, as such program may relate to Retrofit A/C or the Gogo Services.

  • Gogo shall advise American’s engineering department and Commodity Manager of any and all Equipment, Software and/or Gogo Services that interface with and could have a potential impact on other systems on Retrofit A/C at least [***] before the Prototype installation.

Related to Gogo Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;
