Global fx Tax definition

Global fx Tax means the online platform version of the ProSystem fx Tax software title. A License to Global fx Tax will also include a copy of ProSystem fx Tax.

  • The License for use of Global fx Tax must be registered to a particular Designated Office and may only be used by Authorized Users primarily working out of such Designated Office, but may be accessed from any location by such Authorized User.

  • Customer acknowledges that the Internet is known to be unpredictable in performance and may, from time to time, impede access to Global fx Tax, to electronic filing and/or to Customer’s Online Account(s).

  • Customer agrees that CCH is not in any way responsible for any interference with Customer’s use of or access to Global fx Tax, to electronic filing and/or to Customer’s Online Account(s) arising from or attributable to the Internet and Customer waives any and all claims against CCH in connection therewith.

  • Access to Global fx Tax, to electronic filing and to Customer’s Online Account(s) is made available by CCH (either itself or through a third party) via the Internet.

  • Customer acknowledges that the Internet is known to be unpredictable in performance and may, from time to time, impede access to CCH Global fx Tax, to electronic filing and/or to Customer’s Online Account(s).

  • In addition, CCH, in its discretion, may suspend sending the Software and/or Updates, or deny access to CCH Global fx Tax and/or to electronic filing, if there is an unpaid invoice that is outstanding.

  • Relevant Tax Authority means HMRC, or, if applicable, the tax authority in the jurisdiction in which the Supplier is established;

  • Unrestricted Global Security means a Global Security that is not a Transfer Restricted Security.

  • Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.

  • Global Registered Receipts means a global registered Receipt registered in the name of a nominee of DTC.

  • Swap Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date is the amount set forth on Schedule II attached hereto with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Registered Global Note means a Global Note, if issued by TCCI, being in the form or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 to the TCCI Note Agency Agreement (or in such other form as may be agreed between TCCI, the TCCI Registrar, the TCCI Transfer Agent and the relevant Purchaser(s)), or if issued by TMCC, being in the form or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 to the TMCC Note Agency Agreement (or such other form as may be agreed between TMCC, the TMCC Registrar, the TMCC Transfer Agent and the relevant Purchaser(s));

  • Restricted Global Note means a Global Note bearing the Private Placement Legend.

  • Certificate Notional Amount With respect to any Interest Only Certificate, as of any date of determination, the then notional principal amount on which such Certificate accrues interest, equal to the product of (a) the then Certificate Factor for the Class of Interest Only Certificates to which such Certificate belongs, multiplied by (b) the amount specified on the face of such Certificate as the initial Certificate Notional Amount thereof.

  • Original Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-A Notional Amount and Class X-B Notional Amount, the applicable initial Notional Amount thereof as of the Closing Date, as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Restricted Global Certificate Has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(c).

  • Class Notional Amount Not applicable.

  • Global Security Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.3(e)(3) of Appendix A to this Indenture, which is required to be placed on all Global Securities issued under this Indenture.

  • Unrestricted Global Note means a permanent Global Note, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, that bears the Global Note Legend and that has the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto, and that is deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary, representing Notes that do not bear the Private Placement Legend.

  • Relevant Tax means any present or future taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges of whatever nature, imposed or levied by or on behalf of any Relevant Jurisdiction or any authority therein or thereof having the power to tax.

  • Global Warrant means a Warrant represented by a Global Warrant Certificate.

  • Global Securities Legend means the legend set forth under that caption in Exhibit A to this Indenture.

  • Transaction Notional Amount means (A) in respect of any Transaction that is a cross currency hedge, the Base Currency Equivalent of the Currency Amount applicable to Party A’s payment obligations and (B) in respect of any other Transaction, the Base Currency Equivalent of the Notional Amount.

  • Initial Notional Amount With respect to any Class or Subclass of Interest Only Certificates, the amount initially used as the principal basis for the calculation of any interest payment amount, as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.
