German Overadvance definition

German Overadvance as defined in Section 2.1.6(c).
German Overadvance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01(2).
German Overadvance means, as of any date of determination, that the Aggregate German Revolver Usage is greater than any of the limitations set forth in Section 2.1 or Section 2.11C.

German Overadvance means a German Credit Extension to the extent that, immediately after the making of such German Credit Extension, the aggregate principal balance of all German Credit Extensions then outstanding exceeds the German Loan Cap as then in effect.
