Generic IP definition

Generic IP has the meaning assigned in Section 5.7.

Examples of Generic IP in a sentence

  • As applicable, the Contractor hereby grants to the Authority a perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid license to use the Generic IP owned by the Contractor to the extent it is integrated into deliverables provided by the Contractor to the Authority.

  • For clarity, the rights granted to Archemix by ARCA under this Section 3.6 are limited to the claims to Generic IP and no rights are granted under other claims in any patent or patent application of ARCA that contains the claim(s) which is (are) Generic IP.

  • In the instance of a subcontractor owning the Generic IP, the Contractor shall include in any subcontractor agreement similar provisions that bind the subcontractor to provide an irrevocable license to the Authority.

  • Archemix shall have the right to practice the Generic IP and to grant sublicenses to the Generic IP to Third Parties who have a license from Archemix to Archemix technology and/or intellectual property solely in order to permit Archemix or such Third Party to research, discover, make, have made, keep, use, sell and/or have sold, import or export Aptamers which are not subject to ARCA’s exclusive rights hereunder.

Related to Generic IP

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Product Trademark has the meaning set forth in Section 8.8.1.

  • Licensed IP means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.
