On and from the Charges Commencement Date, Powerlink will charge the Generator, and the Generator must pay to Powerlink, the Charges for the provision of the Transmission Services to all Generator Units (even if a Generator Unit has not achieved Back Energisation (except for Generator Unit 1) or the Relevant Unit Synchronisation Date by this time) and other services provided under this agreement by Powerlink for each Billing Period.
