Gateway Rules definition

Gateway Rules means the document entitled "Vendor Gateway Rules" relating to the use of the Vendor Gateway by all Canadian Tire vendors, and such vendors' agents and representatives, as same may be modified, supplemented or amended by Canadian Tire in its discretion upon notice to You in accordance with the then-current version of the Gateway Rules.

  • Hague-Visby Rules means the provisions of the International Convention for the Unification of certain rules Relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25th August 1924 as amended by the Visby Protocol of 23rd February 1968 and the SDR Protocol of 21st December 1979;
