Game Plus definition

Game Plus means the Academy of Interactive Entertainment Limited t/a Game Plus (ABN 51 084 159 437).

  • If you do not remedy such breach within seven (7) days of that notice, Game Plus may immediately terminate your Membership.

  • Your Membership will commence immediately upon Game Plus notifying you that your application for Membership has been accepted, unless specified otherwise by Game Plus, in which case Membership will commence on the specified date.

  • You will be responsible and liable for the costs of repairing or replacing any damage or modifications caused by you to the Premises (including, for example, any holes in walls or damaged cause by you fitting or installing anything to the Premises or furniture of Game Plus), or any property of Game Plus.

  • You acknowledge that you have received, or accessed, and read the Game Plus Code of Conduct.

  • In addition to clause 3.2, whether Game Plus accepts your application will be subject to availability.

  • To engage in any unreasonable activity which impairs the ability of other people or systems to use Game Plus Services or the Internet.

  • An application for Membership by you is an offer by you to Game Plus to become a member of Game Plus.

  • Game Plus will not, under any circumstances, refund any part of the Agreed Price paid by you, including but not limited to, circumstances where you have paid the Agreed Price, but have not used, whether in part or in full, the Services to which such Agreed Price relate.

  • Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.

  • Game farm means property on which wildlife is held,

  • Game ticket or "ticket" means an acceptable evidence of Play, which is a ticket produced in a manner that meets the specifications defined in the rules of each Selling Lottery and Rule 31 (Play Validation) and is a physical representation of the Play or Plays sold to the player or is a properly and validly registered ticketless transaction Play.

  • Business Corporations Act means the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;

  • Brand Name Drug means a Prescription Drug that has been given a name by a manufacturer or distributor to distinguish it as produced or sold by a specific manufacturer or distributor and may be used and protected by a trademark.

  • Xxxxxxx Act means the Xxxxxxx Antitrust Act of 1890, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Consumer fireworks means fireworks devices that are designed to produce visible effects by combustion, that are required to comply with the construction, chemical composition, and labeling regulations promulgated by the United States consumer product safety commission under 16 CFR parts 1500 and 1507, and that are listed in APA standard 87-1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, or 3.5. Consumer fireworks does not include low-impact fireworks.

  • Mobile Phone means the mobile telephone device which You use to receive the One-Time Passcode.

  • Brewpub means a commercial establishment authorized to sell beer at retail for consumption on or off the premises that is operated by a person who holds a class “C” liquor control license or a class “B” beer permit and who also holds a special class “A” beer permit that authorizes the holder to manufacture and sell beer pursuant to this chapter.

  • Game birds means wild birds that shall not be hunted except

  • Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.

  • Applicable School Finance Law means Chapters 48 and 49 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, and other applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, the Texas Economic Development Act (Chapter 313 of the TEXAS TAX CODE); Chapter 403, Subchapter M, of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE applicable to the District; and, the Constitution and general laws of the State applicable to the school districts of the State, including specifically, the applicable rules, regulations, and interpretations of the agencies of the State having jurisdiction over any matters relating to the public school systems and school districts of the State, and judicial decisions construing or interpreting any of the above. The term also includes any amendments or successor statutes that may be adopted in the future which impact or alter the calculation of the Applicant’s ad valorem tax obligation or the M&O Amount in Section 4.2 of this Agreement to the District, either with or without the limitation of property values made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Mobile source means a motor vehicle, nonroad engine, or nonroad vehicle. A motor vehicle is a self-propelled vehicle designed for transporting persons or property on a street or highway. A nonroad vehicle is a vehicle powered by a nonroad engine. A nonroad engine is an internal combustion engine that is not used in a motor vehicle or a vehicle used solely for competition, or that is not subject to standards promulgated under section 111 or section 202 of the Act.

  • School of cosmetology means an establishment operated for the purpose of teaching cosmetology.

  • Sexual Exploitation and Abuse “(SEA)” means the following:

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Weapon free school zone means school property and a vehicle used by a school to transport students to or from school property.

  • Public Source means each source of Publicly Available Information specified as such in the Issue Terms (or, if a source is not so specified, each of Bloomberg Service, Dow Jones Telerate Service, Reuter Monitor Money Rates Services, Dow Jones News Wire, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Nihon Keizai Shinbun, Asahi Shinbun, Yomiuri Shinbun, Financial Times, La Tribune, Les Echos and The Australian Financial Review (and successor publications), the main source(s) of business news in the country in which the Reference Entity is organised and any other internationally recognised published or electronically displayed news sources).

  • Supplier Code of Conduct means the code of that name published by the Government Commercial Function originally dated September 2017, as may be amended, restated, updated, re-issued or re-named from time to time;
