FUTURE SYSTEMS means Systems created by Exult Supplier or its Affiliates, or which Exult Supplier or its Affiliates procure to be created, in fulfilling obligations under this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement and provided to the Client or used in the provision of the Services;

  • Capture system means all equipment (including, but not limited to, hoods, ducts, fans, booths, ovens, dryers, etc.) that contains, collects, and transports an air pollutant to a control device.
