Exult Supplier s use in the ordinary course of business of third party services or products that are not dedicated solely to the provision of the Services and that are not material to the performance of the Services and which do not result in a material change in the way Exult Supplier conducts its business will not be subject to the provisions of this Clause 32. If the Client expresses any concern to Exult Supplier about any such third party services or products, Exult Supplier shall discuss such concerns with the Client and work in good faith to resolve the Client's concerns on a mutually acceptable basis.
