Future Phase definition

Future Phase means any project undertaken by TTMT in the JDA wherein the scope of work is not covered under the scope of work outlined in the services agreement in relation to the Phase I Project or the Services Agreement and for the avoidance of doubt, shall exclude (1) any facilities which are utilised for the production and transportation of petroleum, natural gas, liquefied natural gas and/or liquefied petroleum gas in and from the JDA and which are shared or to be shared between the Phase I Project, the Phase II Project or any Future Phase; and (2) any routine maintenance in connection with either the Phase I Project or the Phase II Project.
Future Phase means a future phase which may be developed by the Developer as it moreover appears from the Development Layout. The termFuture Phases” will have a corresponding meaning;
Future Phase has the meaning set out in Section 4(a). “Future Phase Closing” has the meaning set out in Section 4(e).

Related to Future Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Term Start Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.

The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.
