FUMAC Pilot Grant means a grant approved and made or proposed to be made by a Municipal Council, under a FUMAC Pilot Grant Agreement, out of the proceeds of the Loan to a Community Association for the financing of a Community Subproject pursuant to the terms of the Operational Manual;

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Continuous Improvement Plan means a plan for improving the provision of the Goods and/or Services and/or reducing the Charges produced by the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking);
