Foundation Structure definition

Foundation Structure means the structure with respect to (and the terms and provisions governing) the ownership, voting and transfer of each Shareholder’s and each Investor’s Company Ordinary Shares set forth on Exhibit A.

  • Existing structure means any structure that is installed or approved for installation at the time a wireless services provider or wireless infrastructure provider provides notice to a locality or the Department of an agreement with the owner of the structure to co-locate equipment on that structure.   • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Structural pest control means a use requiring a license under Chapter 14 (commencing with Section 8500), Division 3, of the Business and Professions Code.
