Foundation Charges. The Foundation's charges for healthcare services and items are established in accordance with the Foundation’s list of usual and customary charges. These charges are subject to change from time to time. Examples of Foundation Charges in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this clause 6.7 shall not affect the Customer’s obligation to pay any Charges other than the Foundation Charges (and shall not affect the Customer’s obligations to make payment under such other agreement for any services which are the same as or similar to the Foundation Services).

  • The additional Azure Foundation Charges shall be as set forth in Schedule 1 to this Amendment.

Related to Foundation Charges

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Utility Charges Defined in Section 9.A hereof.

  • Termination Charges means any compensatory charges payable by the Customer to BT on termination of this Agreement in whole or in part or a Service as set out in a Schedule or Order.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.
