Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
SERFF means the system for electronic rate and form filing. SERFF is a proprietary NAIC computer-based application that allows insurers and other entities to create and submit rate, rule and form filings electronically to the commissioner.

Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
Terrace means a relatively level step constructed in the face of a graded slope surface for drainage and maintenance purposes.
Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.

Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
Falconry means the sport of taking quarry by means of a trained raptor.

MARO mean "months after the effective date for award of the contractual action (as shown in block 3, Section A, SF 26)".
CESA means the California Endangered Species Act (California Fish and Game Code, §§2050-2115.5) and all regulations promulgated pursuant to that Act.
