SORA means, in relation to any amount in SGD for any day, the Singapore Overnight Rate Average administered by the MAS (or any other person which takes over the administration of that rate) published by the MAS (or any other person which takes over the publication of that rate) and is titled “SORA” at https://eservices.mas.gov.sg/Statistics/dir/DomesticInterestRates.aspx (or any replacement page which displays that rate) or on the appropriate page of such other information service which displays that rate from time to time in place of the MAS, and if such page or service ceases to be available, BNPP may specify another page or service displaying the relevant rate after consultation with the Borrower(s), provided that if any such rate is below zero, SORA will be deemed to be zero.

SORA means, in respect of any Singapore Banking Day, the daily Singapore Overnight Rate Average rate for such Singapore Banking Day as provided by the MAS (or a successor administrator of SORA) to authorised distributors (the “SORA authorised distributors”) and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or, if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise published by the SORA authorised distributors) on the Singapore Banking Day immediately following such Singapore Banking Day. If, in respect of any Singapore Banking Day, the applicable SORA is not made available on the Relevant Screen Page (or has not been otherwise published by the SORA authorised distributors) by 5.00 p.m. Singapore time, then the SORA in respect of such Singapore Banking Day shall be the SORA published on the Relevant Screen Page (or as otherwise published by the SORA authorised distributors) for the first preceding Singapore Banking Day on which the SORA was published on the Relevant Screen Page (or as otherwise published by the SORA authorised distributors).
