Forward Purchase Securities definition

Forward Purchase Securities means, collectively, the Forward Purchase Shares and Forward Purchase Warrants.
Forward Purchase Securities shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Forward Purchase Securities means the securities that may be sold to pursuant to the Forward Purchase Agreement.
