Foreign Obligor Excess Concentration Amount definition

Foreign Obligor Excess Concentration Amount means, at any time, the amount (if any) by which (a) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of all Eligible Receivables, any Obligor of which is an Eligible Foreign Obligor, exceeds (b) 5.0% of the aggregate Unpaid Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time.
Foreign Obligor Excess Concentration Amount means, at any time, the amount (if any) by which (a) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of all Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool, any Obligor of which is an Eligible Foreign Obligor, exceeds (b) 20.0% of the aggregate Unpaid Balance of all Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool at such time.

Related to Foreign Obligor Excess Concentration Amount

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Broken Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Concentration Limit shall have the meaning set forth in the Pricing Side Letter.
