Foreign Affiliate Loans definition

Foreign Affiliate Loans means the loans made by Titan Luxembourg S.A.R.L.
Foreign Affiliate Loans means, cumulatively, the aggregate sum of all money advanced by Bank to Horizon Exploration Limited pursuant to the Foreign Affiliate Loan Agreement.

  • Canadian Swingline Loan means any Loan made by the Canadian Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.12.

  • SOFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the SOFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.

  • Borrowing Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that has been designated as such pursuant to Section 2.18 and that has not ceased to be a Borrowing Subsidiary as provided in such Section.

  • Canadian Borrowing means a Borrowing of Canadian Loans.

  • Canadian Loan Party means any Loan Party organized under the laws of Canada or any province or territory thereof.
