Subsidiary Borrower definition

Subsidiary Borrower means any Eligible Subsidiary that becomes a Subsidiary Borrower pursuant to Section 2.23 and that has not ceased to be a Subsidiary Borrower pursuant to such Section.
Subsidiary Borrower means, individually and collectively, as the context requires, each Subsidiary that is or becomes a “Borrower” in accordance with Section 2.22; in each case, unless and until it becomes a “Terminated Subsidiary Borrower”.
Subsidiary Borrower any Subsidiary of the Borrower that becomes a party hereto pursuant to Section 10.1(c)(i) until such time as such Subsidiary Borrower is removed as a party hereto pursuant to Section 10.1(c)(ii).

More Definitions of Subsidiary Borrower

Subsidiary Borrower means (a) each Domestic Subsidiary of the Company (if any) that is listed under the caption “Subsidiary Borrowers” on the signature pages hereof and (b) each other Domestic Subsidiary of the Company that shall become a Subsidiary Borrower pursuant to Section 2.22, in each case so long as such Subsidiary shall remain a Subsidiary Borrower hereunder.
Subsidiary Borrower has the meaning specified in the Preliminary Statements to this Agreement.
Subsidiary Borrower means any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower that is designated as a borrower under this agreement in accordance with the terms of Section 4.14.
