Space means (i) the exhibition space in the Venue; and / or (ii) the virtual exhibition space hosted on the Event Site, allocated to the Client by Informa (together with the ancillary services provided to the Client in connection with such virtual or exhibition space) as set out in the Application Form;
Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.
Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.
NBOME means the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, an organization that prepares and administers qualifying examinations for osteopathic physicians.
Trauma center or "designated trauma center" means a licensed hospital, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, which has been designated as a Level I, II, III, or IV trauma center and/or Level I or II pediatric trauma center by the local EMS agency, in accordance with California Trauma Care System Regulations.
