Scheduled Flights definition

Scheduled Flights means revenue passenger flights (other than Charter Flights) using the Aircraft which, regardless of frequency, are held out to the public and published in the customary and applicable schedule distribution systems, such as the Official Airline Guide, or published by Delta in its own system timetables. In addition, Scheduled Flights shall include all regularly scheduled flights which are not revenue passenger flights as determined by Delta in its sole discretion.

  • In addition, the provisions of this agreement shall terminate with respect to any airport to which Scheduled Flights cease to be scheduled (other than a temporary cessation, it being understood that the cessation of seasonal Scheduled Flights upon the end of the relevant season shall constitute a temporary cessation if such Scheduled Flights are expected to resume in the subsequent relevant season).

  • This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time following the termination of the Capacity Purchase Agreement; provided, that this Agreement may not be terminated pursuant to this sentence during the Wind-Down Period with respect to any location to which Scheduled Flights continue to fly during such Wind-Down Period.

  • This agreement is coterminous with the Capacity Purchase Agreement and may be terminated by either party upon the termination of the Capacity Purchase Agreement; provided, however, that if a party hereto elects to terminate this Agreement as a result of the Capacity Purchase Agreement being terminated, the terms of this Agreement shall continue with respect to any locations to which Scheduled Flights are flown during the Wind-Down Period.

  • With respect to each calendar year during the term of this Agreement, Northwest shall within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the final Block Hour and Cycle Report received pursuant to Section 5.02 for the immediately preceding year, calculate and notify Pinnacle of the ratio of actual Block Hours for Non-Scheduled Flights to actual Block Hours for Scheduled Flights and the ratio of actual Cycles for Non-Scheduled Flights to actual Cycles for Scheduled Flights.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Contractor shall provide all of the capacity of the Covered Aircraft solely to Continental and use the Covered Aircraft solely to operate the Scheduled Flights.

  • Delta shall include and list all Scheduled Flights providing Regional Airline Services in the schedule publication program of Delta.

  • Delta shall pay all computer reservation system fees attributable to passengers on Scheduled Flights.

  • Continental shall use the Contractor Marks as necessary or appropriate in Continental's sole discretion in connection with the Regional Airline Services, including without limitation the sale or disposition by Continental of the seat inventory of the Scheduled Flights.


More Definitions of Scheduled Flights

Scheduled Flights means any scheduled air travel services provided by MATCH Hospitality to You (including but not limited o Shuttle Flights) in connection with the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ pursuant to the terms of these Scheduled Flight Webshop Sales Regulations.

Related to Scheduled Flights

  • Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.

  • Scheduled Downtime means any System downtime occurring within a planned System maintenance window as communicated to Customer. NCR Voyix will provide Customer with reasonable prior notice of any Scheduled Downtime via e-mail or NCR Voyix’s Hosting Web Site. NCR Voyix will seek to minimize the impact of Scheduled Downtime or any unscheduled downtime to the Customer’s business operations. Whenever feasible, NCR Voyix will seek to limit Scheduled Downtime to no more than three hours in a calendar week.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.
