Fixed Credit Support definition

Fixed Credit Support shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • If Buyer terminates this Agreement because of an Event of Default by Seller occurring prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Termination Payment due to Buyer shall be equal to the sum of (x) all Delay Damages due and owing by Seller through the date of such termination plus (y) the full amount of the Fixed Credit Support required to be provided to Buyer by Seller in accordance with Section 6.1(b).
