First Supplemental Ordinance definition

First Supplemental Ordinance means shall mean Ordinance No. 2005-118 enacted by the Council on November 9, 2005.

First Supplemental Ordinance means the Supplemental Ordinance enacted by the Council on the date hereof, authorizing the issuance of the Series 2011 Bonds.
