  • Advance health care directive means a power of attorney for health care or a record signed or authorized by a prospective donor containing the prospective donor’s direction concerning a health care decision for the prospective donor.

  • Administrative hearing means a type of hearing that an appellant may elect in which the presiding officer reviews the written record only and makes a decision based on the facts available within the appeal file. Based on a prospective, concurrent or retrospective review, KFHPWA may deny coverage if, in its determination, such services are not Medically Necessary. Such determination shall be based on established clinical criteria and may require Preauthorization.

  • Contractor Selection of Leave Trees means crop and leave trees are unmarked and will be selected by the Contractor.

  • Contested case hearing means a hearing under chapter 4 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, MCL 24.271 to 24.287, as authorized under chapter 5 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, MCL 24.291 to 24.292.

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
