Related to Final Structure Due Date

  • Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2a Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2b Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, as the context requires.

  • Balance Due Date means the date shown below in Section 2.4(6) as the date when the Mortgage matures. On this date the Mortgage must be repaid or renewed.

  • Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in June 2021.

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2020.

  • Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in December 2024.

  • Final Scheduled Distribution Date means with respect to (i) the Class A-1 Notes, the February 8, 2017 Distribution Date, (ii) the Class A-2-A Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iii) the Class A-2-B Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iv) the Class A-3 Notes, the October 8, 2020 Distribution Date, (v) the Class B Notes, the March 8, 2021 Distribution Date, (vi) the Class C Notes, the January 10, 2022 Distribution Date, (vii) the Class D Notes, the February 8, 2022 Distribution Date and (viii) the Class E Notes, the September 8, 2023 Distribution Date.

  • Tax Event Repayment Date means the date set out in a notice from the Issuer to the Bondholders pursuant to Clause 10.4 (Early redemption option due to a tax event).

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in August 2024.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2027.

  • Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the June 16, 2025 Payment Date.

  • True-Up Date means the date which is forty-five (45) days after the latest to occur of the Termination Date of this Agreement, the Termination Date of the Single Family Agreement, if applicable, or disposition of all Assets pursuant to this Agreement or the Single Family Agreement, if applicable.   • Adjusted Actual/360 Accrued Interest Amount with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest referred to in clause (B) of the second sentence of the prior paragraph, for any Interest Accrual Period, is an amount of interest equal to the product of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate then in effect (including as a result of any step-up provision) for the related Mortgage Loan under the original terms of such Mortgage Loan in effect as of the Closing Date (without regard to any modifications, extensions, waivers or amendments of such Mortgage Loan subsequent to the Closing Date, whether entered into by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer or in connection with any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding involving the related Borrower), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is 360, multiplied by (c) the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest immediately prior to the Distribution Date that corresponds to such Interest Accrual Period; provided that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during (x) December of any year that does not immediately precede a leap year or (y) January of any year, then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be decreased by the Interest Reserve Amount, if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.04(c), from the Distribution Account to the Interest Reserve Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period; and provided, further, that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during February of any year (or during any December or January preceding the month of the Final Distribution Date), then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be increased by the Interest Reserve Amount(s), if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.05(c), from the Interest Reserve Account to the Distribution Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Adjustment Date As to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, each date on which the related Mortgage Rate is subject to adjustment, as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Initial Adjustment Date As to any Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the first Adjustment Date following the origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 15, 2021.

  • Class D Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2021.

  • Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 17, 2023.

  • Interest Adjustment Date With respect to a Mortgage Loan, the date, if any, specified in the related Mortgage Note on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to adjustment.

  • Amendment Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
