Final Observation Dates definition

Final Observation Dates means the the Final Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, then the immediately following Banking Day that is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Observation Date. The Final Payment Date shall be postponed correspondingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

Related to Final Observation Dates

  • Final Observation Date means the Final Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Observation Date. The Final Payment Date will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day.   • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
