Final Auditor has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05 below.
Final Auditor means one of the following auditing firms selected by the Unit 2 Owners pursuant to Section 11.2(b) of this Agreement: Deloitte & Touche, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Ernst & Young, BDO Xxxxxxx, LLP and RSM McGladrey, Inc.
