FIDS Equipment definition

FIDS Equipment means any and all hardware, software, ancillary equipment or site related installation(s) that makes up or is related to the FIDS for which the Contractor is responsible to deliver, install, maintain, service and repair under this Contract, a list of which is itemized and attached hereto at Schedule ‘C’ – Detailed Schedule of FIDS Equipment, which list is subject to change from time to time.

FIDS Equipment means any and all hardware, software, ancillary equipment or site related installation(s) that makes up the overall FIDS, whether provided by the VAA or the successful Proponent. For reference, a list of the FIDS Equipment current as at the date of issue of this RFP is attach hereto at Appendix B – List of Current YYJ FIDS Equipment and Locations, which list is subject to change from time to time and without notice.

Related to FIDS Equipment

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Leased Equipment means the vehicles, computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other similar items leased and used or held for use by Seller or a Subsidiary primarily in the operation or conduct of the Engenio Business but excluding any such items primarily related to Excluded Assets or Excluded Liabilities.
