• Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these Terms, no person other than you, Fidelity, any Fidelity Group Company or Nominee will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms other than themselves or their permitted successors or assignees.
