Federal Specifications definition

Federal Specifications means the Standard Specifications of the United States Government designated in the Contract Documents.
Federal Specifications means “United States Federal Specification” prepared by the Federal Services Administration and distributed by the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C.
