Fantasia. Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, the controlling shareholder of the Company; “Fantasia China” 花樣年集團(中國)有限公司 (Fantasia Group (China) Co., Limited), a limited liability company established in the PRC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Fantasia;
