Facilities leasing definition

Facilities leasing means a financing method whereby goods specified by the Presidential Decree (hereinafter referred to as "specified goods") newly purchased or leased are leased to others for use for a certain period against payment therefor receivable periodically in installments.   • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Future Facilities Costs means the CFD Public Facilities minus (i) public facility costs previously paid from the Construction Fund, (ii) moneys currently on deposit in the Construction Fund, and (iii) moneys currently on deposit in an escrow fund that are expected to be available to finance facilities costs.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
