Future Facilities Costs definition

Future Facilities Costs means the CFD Public Facilities minus (i) public facility costs previously paid from the Construction Fund, (ii) moneys currently on deposit in the Construction Fund, and (iii) moneys currently on deposit in an escrow fund that are expected to be available to finance facilities costs.
Future Facilities Costs means the CFD Public Facilities Costs minus (i) costs of Authorized Facilities previously paid from the Improvement Fund, (ii) moneys currently on deposit in the Improvement Fund available to pay costs of Authorized Facilities, and (iii) the amount the CFD Administrator reasonably expects to derive from the reinvestment of these funds.
Future Facilities Costs means the CFD Public Facilities Costs minus (i) costs previously paid from the Construction Fund to acquire or construct the facilities, (ii) monies currently on deposit in the Construction Fund, and (iii) monies currently on deposit in an escrow or other designated fund that are expected to be available to finance CFD Public Facilities Costs.

More Definitions of Future Facilities Costs

Future Facilities Costs means the CFD Public Facilities minus public facility costs available to be funded through existing construction or escrow accounts or funded by Previously Issued Bonds, minus public facility costs funded by interest earnings on the Construction Fund actually earned prior to the date of prepayment, and minus public facilities costs paid directly with Special Taxes.
Future Facilities Costs means the Public Facilities Requirements (as defined below) minus public facility costs funded by Previously Issued Bonds, interest earnings on the construction fund actually earned prior to the date of prepayment, Special Taxes, developer equity, and/or any other source of funding.
Future Facilities Costs means the CFD Public Facilities minus public facility costs available to be funded through existing construction or escrow accounts that have been funded by the Outstanding Bonds, and minus public facility costs funded by interest earnings on the Construction Fund actually earned prior to the date of prepayment.
Future Facilities Costs means the CFD Public Facilities minus (i) Facilities and Services costs previously paid from the Expenditures Fund during the Prepayment Period in which the prepayment is being made, (ii) moneys currently on deposit in the Expenditures Fund from deposits made during the Prepayment Period in which the prepayment is being made, and (iii) moneys currently on deposit in an escrow fund that are expected to be available to finance Facilities costs. In no event shall the amount of Future Facilities Costs be less than zero.
