Facilities Expenses definition

Facilities Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
Facilities Expenses means, as to a given period, all expenditures, costs and expenses recorded on the books and records of the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement and generally accepted accounting principles other than those costs and expenses that are (i) capital expenditures, (ii) Feedstock Costs, (iii) Turnaround Costs, (iv) costs related to debt or (v) depreciation and amortization expense.
Facilities Expenses means all costs, expenses and cash disbursements of any type relating to or arising out of the ownership or operation of the Facilities, including, without limitation, taxes, capital improvements, rental and other payments under any Facility Lease, debt service (interest and principal) on any indebtedness, expenses of operating, maintaining and repairing the Facilities and funding necessary reserves.

Facilities Expenses means all Operating Expenses and Tax Expenses allocable to any and all Common Area Facilities.

Related to Facilities Expenses

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk's office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replacements and office automation and information technology equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.

  • Management Expenses means the costs, charges and expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred or to be incurred for the management and maintenance of the Land and the Building and the Common Areas and Facilities therein to be borne by the Owners including the remuneration of the Manager as provided in this Deed;

  • Insurance Expenses means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer that are not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under any applicable Servicer Basic Documents.

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds.   • Basic living expenses means the cost of basic food, shelter, and any other expenses of a Domestic Partner which are paid at least in part by a program or benefit for which the partner qualified because of the Domestic Partnership. The individuals need not contribute equally or jointly to the cost of these expenses as long as they agree that both are responsible for the cost.

  • Travel Expenses means any costs incurred by Licensor associated with the transportation, storage or lodging of equipment, supplies, Licensor employees and other items necessary for business use from Licensor headquarters to Licensee’s facilities. Travel expenses may include, but are not limited to airfare, hotel costs, and meals if applicable. Any travel expenses paid by the Licensee shall be paid at allowable government travel rates consistent with Management Directive 230.10, unless otherwise first approved by the Licensee’s authorized representative.

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Property Protection Expenses Any costs and expenses incurred by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.07, 3.10(f), 3.10(g) or 3.17(b) or indicated herein as being a cost or expense of the Lower-Tier REMIC to be advanced by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable.

  • Lenders’ Expenses are all audit fees and expenses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, as well as appraisal fees, fees incurred on account of lien searches, inspection fees, and filing fees) for preparing, amending, negotiating, administering, defending and enforcing the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, those incurred in connection with appeals or Insolvency Proceedings) or otherwise incurred by Collateral Agent and/or the Lenders in connection with the Loan Documents.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Emergency Expenditures means any of the eligible expenditures set forth in the CERC Manual referred to in Section I.F.1(a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and required for the Contingent Emergency Response Part.

  • Approved Operating Expenses operating expenses incurred by Borrower which (i) are included in the Approved Operating Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Property or (iii) have been approved by Lender, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Legal Expenses means the fees, costs and expenses of any kind incurred by any Person indemnified herein and its counsel in investigating, preparing for, defending against or providing evidence, producing documents or taking other action with respect to any threatened or asserted Claim.

  • Expenses shall include all direct and indirect costs, fees and expenses of any type or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, retainers, court costs, transcript costs, fees of experts, witness fees, travel expenses, fees of private investigators and professional advisors, duplicating costs, printing and binding costs, telephone charges, postage, delivery service fees, fax transmission charges, secretarial services and all other disbursements, obligations or expenses in connection with prosecuting, defending, preparing to prosecute or defend, investigating, being or preparing to be a witness in, settlement or appeal of, or otherwise participating in, a Proceeding (as defined below), including reasonable compensation for time spent by Indemnitee for which he or she is not otherwise compensated by the Company or any third party. Expenses also shall include Expenses incurred in connection with any appeal resulting from any Proceeding (as defined below), including without limitation the principal, premium, security for, and other costs relating to any cost bond, supersedeas bond, or other appeal bond or its equivalent. Expenses, however, shall not include amounts paid in settlement by Indemnitee or the amount of judgments or fines against Indemnitee.
