External Complaint definition

External Complaint means any complaint that is not an internal complaint.
External Complaint means any negative feedback received by the Company from an External Source about the services provided by the Company or a worker or workers of the Company.

  • Formal complaint means a document filed by a complainant or signed by the Title IX Coordinator alleging sexual harassment against a respondent and requesting an investigation of the allegation of sexual harassment.

A policy grievance submitted by the Employer shall be signed by the Employer or his representative.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.
