Extension Availability Period definition

Extension Availability Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the five year anniversary thereof.
Extension Availability Period means (i) for Tranche 1 Loans, the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the three year anniversary thereof and (ii) for Tranche 2 Loans, the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the five year anniversary thereof.

  • Extension Minimum Condition means a condition to consummating any Extension that a minimum amount (to be determined and specified in the relevant Extension Request, in the Borrower’s sole discretion) of any or all applicable Classes be submitted for Extension.

  • Final Availability Date means the earlier of the Revolving Termination Date and one (1) Business Day prior to the date specified in clause (a) of the definition of Revolving Termination Date.

  • Excess Availability means, as of any date of determination, the amount equal to Availability minus the aggregate amount, if any, of all trade payables of Borrower and its Subsidiaries aged in excess of historical levels with respect thereto and all book overdrafts of Borrower and its Subsidiaries in excess of historical practices with respect thereto, in each case as determined by Agent in its Permitted Discretion.

  • Revolving Commitment Period the period from and including the Closing Date to the Revolving Termination Date.
