Experiential training definition

Experiential training means “traditional” experiential training (students with compulsory expe- riential training), “voluntary” experiential training (students without compulsory experiential train- ing) and internship/learnership (school leavers and unemployed graduates).
Experiential training means students who need to complete a practical work module in order to obtain qualification.
Experiential training means knowledge based on experience. "Learnership" means the provision of practical work experiencewhile undergoing education and training at anaccredited training provider.
