Existing Second Secured Notes means (a) $200 million aggregate principal amount of Hexion U.S. Finance Corp./Hexion Nova Scotia Finance, ULC Second-Priority Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2014 and (b) $625 million aggregate principal amount of Hexion U.S. Finance Corp./Hexion Nova Scotia Finance, ULC Second-Priority Senior Secured 9 3/4% Notes due 2014.
Existing Second Secured Notes means (a) the Second-Priority Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes of the Issuers due 2014 and (b) the 9 3/4% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes of the Issuers due 2014, in each case issued pursuant to the Second Secured Notes Indenture.
Existing Second Secured Notes means the 12 1/2% Senior Secured Notes due October 1, 2012, issued by the Borrower in the aggregate principal amount of not more than $115,000,000 pursuant to the Second Secured Note Indenture provided, that after the execution and delivery of the Second Secured Debt Consent and the transactions contemplated thereby, the aggregate principal amount of the 12 1/2% Senior Secured Notes due October 1, 2012, issued and outstanding shall not be more than $15,000,000.”
