Existing Metro Districts means, collectively, Holland Creek Metropolitan District and Red Sky Ranch Metropolitan District, and Existing Metro District means any one of the Existing Metro Districts.

  • School district means a public school district.

An industry which closes or substantially reduces its operation in one area of the state of Iowa and relocates substantially the same operation in another area of the state is not eligible for a project. This definition does not prohibit a business from expanding its operations in another area of the state provided that existing operations of a similar nature are not

  • Shopping cart means those push carts of the type or types which are commonly provided by grocery stores, drug stores or other retail mercantile establishments for the use of the public in transporting commodities in stores and markets and, incidentally, from the stores to a place outside the store.
