EXECUTIVE LOAN PROGRAM definition

EXECUTIVE LOAN PROGRAM means (i) the Company's "Executive Loan Program," pursuant to which the Company loaned funds to certain executives of the Company for the purpose of allowing such executives to purchase shares of Common Stock, and (ii) any and all promissory notes and amendments thereto, employment agreements and amendments thereto, deferred share agreements and any and all other documents, whether entered into prior to or after the date of the Original Agreement, that evidence the loan of such funds or pertain in any way to the repayment of such loans (including providing a source of funds contemplated to be used for such repayment).
EXECUTIVE LOAN PROGRAM means the Alltrista Corporation 2002 Executive Loan Program effective January 2, 2002, pursuant to which the Borrower may make loans to executive officers of the Borrower solely for the purpose of financing exercises by such executive officers of incentive stock options and non-qualified stock options granted under various stock options plans maintained by the Borrower, as amended from time to time except without giving effect to any amendment to the limited stated purpose for which such loans can be made and their proceeds used.
EXECUTIVE LOAN PROGRAM means that certain loan program for executive officers of the Borrower, as amended, dated March 17, 1994.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Educational loan means a loan made by the authority to an institution.
