  • In addition to clause 11.6. of the GTC, if Supplier’s supply of Products is limited as a result of a Force Majeure Event, Supplier shall distribute any available Products among its customers in a fair and reasonable manner, and shall use its best efforts to purchase or obtain Products for Purchaser on the open market or from other producers or suppliers of Products or from another group company of Supplier.
