Euroclear Pledge Agreement definition

Euroclear Pledge Agreement means a Euroclear pledge agreement dated on or about the Closing Date between the Issuer, the Trustee and the Custodian.
Euroclear Pledge Agreement means the Belgian law pledge agreement which may be entered into between (possibly amongst others) the Issuer, the Trustee and the Custodian (at any time after the Issue Date pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed).
Euroclear Pledge Agreement means a Euroclear pledge agreement dated on or about the Issue Date between the Issuer and the Trustee comprising the master pledge terms dated 27 June 2006 (the “Master Pledge Terms”) as constituted and amended and/or supplemented by the Issue Deed.
