ETX Software definition

ETX Software means the TIB/Enterprise Transaction Express transaction-based messaging system that is based on the Original TIB Software.

  • Reuters shall retain all revenue it has recognized or in the future may recognize, if any, with respect to the licensing, sub-licensing, distribution, maintenance or support of ETX Software (including its upgrades, Enhancements and subsequent versions).

  • Reuters will pay to TSI, the actual cost (fully burdened, but not at intercompany charge rates) of TSI personnel who support and maintain the ETX Software sold or licensed to Reuters customers prior to the Effective Date.

  • Reuters and TSI hereby agree that TSI shall continue to maintain the ETX Software for Reuters until Reuters provides TSI written notice of termination of such maintenance, at least ninety (90) days prior to the date of termination.

  • TSI shall retain all revenue it has recognized with respect to the licensing, maintenance or support of the ETX Software.

  • The actual cost of TSI personnel who in the future (i.e., after the Effective Date, but prior to termination of maintenance as set forth above) support or maintain the ETX Software shall be paid on a quarterly basis upon receipt of an invoice from TSI therefor, together with appropriate substantiation.

  • The actual cost of such TSI personnel who have supported and maintained the ETX Software prior to the Effective Date shall be paid by Reuters within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice therefor from TSI, together with appropriate substantiation.

  • TSI shall, accordingly, maintain ETX Software to the same extent as TSI maintains other Licensed Products pursuant to Section 5.2. TFT shall retain all revenue it has recognized or in the future may recognize, if any, with respect to the licensing, sub-licensing, distribution, maintenance or support of ETX Software (including its upgrades, Enhancements and subsequent versions).

  • TFT will pay to TSI, the actual cost (fully burdened, but not at intercompany charge rates) of TSI personnel who have developed, supported and maintained, or shall in the future develop, support or maintain, the ETX Software sold or licensed to TFT customers, effective from the date such personnel became employees of TSI (as of July of 1998), excluding any costs incurred in connection with the development of TSI's RVTX product.

  • TSI shall retain all revenue it has recognized with respect to the licensing, maintenance or support of the ETX Software to or for customers who are not Financial Services Companies.

  • The actual cost of TSI personnel who in the future develop, support or maintain the ETX Software shall be paid on a quarterly basis upon receipt of an invoice from TSI therefor, together with appropriate substantiation.

Related to ETX Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.
